Default Dr. Recommendation - Western UC - Blakeney - Ballantyne area

Sorry , I know that it has been posted before, but really couldn't find the exact threat.

I'm about to ditch my current General Practictioner, just not real thrilled with him. I was "assigned" to him after my previous GP left the practice and I have only seen him twice in the last year for physicals. I'm looking for a good GP (one that listens) that is currently taking new patients. My endo recommended someone, but he isn't taking on anyone new. I have a few medical issues that are well controlled with medication, but need to be able to get meds refilled periodically. Any good recommendations? I live in Weddington, but could easliy go to Blakeney or Ballantyne.

Thanks in advance

My FAVORITE MD in that area is John Sensenbrenner - awesome listener, great motivator, well run practice since he struck out on his own a few years ago. I cannot recommend him highly enough

Loves, once again you are a great help to me. I need to find a doctor in this area. I don't come on here much anymore, but I think of you often!! How are things in NY. Darn cold up there by now, I bet.
