It's really pretty inside, good for a date. At night it's light up nicely. Yes they have tempura. Not sure about steak. But they have food from different Asian countries like Thai food, Japanese Food, American Chinese (like sesame chicken), noodle bowls, Korean, etc... I enjoyed the food. The plates (literally) are all really nice looking, but if you get sushi the plates are exceptionally nice, like glass in odd shapes, etc...
