PW is in Blakeney so I am sure more concerned with the one on AK than Matthews.

I won't go to Beantown because they don't use Heinz Ketchup. I am suspicious of the quality of any place that uses that House Recipe crap.

Oh what a shame...... As I mentioned before these establishments even opened that they would not last a year. I see a trend in this town that reconfirms my research, people here are pretentous, they live in there big homes and drive expensive autos, but if you flip them upside down only pennies drop out of there pockets. They expect to be treated as royalty and for a 5 buck ticket they hand over there over there extended CC. These people only can afford fast food joints! Thats where they buy a burger for a buck and fill there fat stomachs.......Obesity is what Amarica is number 1 for these days!

What the heck are you talking about? Some restaurants close and you decide to go on a rant about "your research" that is nothing more than jealousy about other people's lives and possessions? I don't think that are the ones with issues; perhaps a mirror is in order for you.

Judging from your spelling you don't live in America and have probably never even been to Charlotte. So why don't you stick to insulting your own country? Mmmkay?

Why are people giving this guy a tough time? What exactly has he said here that isn't true? I am not saying it is completely true, but if the only argument against it is to make personal insults, then he probably has very valid points. If anything he is proving that Charlotteans are pretty thinned skinned, and usually where this is found it's because the unpleasant and inconvenient truth has come out. Aside from that, if this guy did make this prophecy, it turned out true and barring any reasons besides the insulting ones, it's hard to argue against the results.

For starters, obesity has long been a problem in the south for a very long time. It didn't happen overnight. He also is painting everyone w/a "large house" w/one single brush which is incorrect.

I wouldn't give him a hard time if he didn't rant and would talk about specifics....

Not everyone is in financial trouble you know....
