I just got an e-mail notification: "Friends and Family of Sweet T's Diner, it is with heavy heart and deep regret that we announce the closing of the Diner. The current environment coupled with the circumstances beyond our control has presented insurmountable challenges we did not anticipate. Please know that we fought as hard as we could to keep the restaurant open - we simply could not continue to personally overcome these challenges.
Thanks for all your enduring support during this venture....we truly value each and every one of you."

Wow! They just posted an ad on Craigslist like two weeks ago that they were hiring!

Aren't they the same people who own Cheese mo's - does that mean that they will be closing too. It seems like an awfully expensive place to have a couple of restaurants especially in these trying economic times.

Dan Morgan the former Panther player owns Cheese Moe's and Sweet T's. I'm not surprised if either would close. Sweet T's never seems to even have 1 person inside. The couple of times I went to Cheese Moe's everything from food to service was a disaster.

I liked Sweet T's. The other place sucks, though. I hope Cosmo manages to stay open, I like their sushi and wide variety of food even though it is not necessarily authentic.

I have actually eaten at both Sweet Ts and Cheese Mos. Sweet T's - I could not figure out what the hook would be. It felt like more of a me too place.
Cheese Mo's however, I enjoyed all of the food I have had there and the pizza is great. Dan Morgan really gets out and tries to be interactive with people that come in there and I hope it lasts and does well.
I have not tried Cosmos but the menu looks great.

I thought the "hook" for Sweet T's was good food! I also thought it was inexpensive for what you got.
