We are about to refinance our TH & are in search of recommendations on a Real Estate Atty. in the Charlotte area. Please DM me with your recommendations...

If you're only refinancing why do you need an atty.?

Unless your lender requires it, all you will need is a notary closer. Much cheaper!

Is that the unauthorized practice of law in NC? I'm a notary, and I thought that's not allowed. I could be confusing it with SC, where I *know* that's not allowed.

Lancaster & Trotter is who did both of our closings. Professional and efficient.

No, in NC it is allowed. It is NOT allowed in SC
