Sunny, how come we don't have those opportunities for free gift certificates anymore...?
Im just speculating but I think the admin. makes the money for that from his other websites (I have no clue what they are) With the economy tank I think that might be reason. Im sure when things pick up it will too. I like as I thought it was a thank you for being a regular

Nothing new to report yet Ani... I'm planning a UC recon in Feb/Mar so I'll be continuing to watch both the Charlotte and LI markets as closely as I can until then.

For now, we agreed to table the serious discussions re: a potential move until after the holidays and that kind of lines up that things are slow here due to the season. But, honestly 2 Novembers ago when I joined (had lurked without registering for a bit) the action was fast and furious here even with the holidays. Either way, no news is good news so this is a good thing IMO!

Posters may be refraining from posting due to infractions being given for the stupidest things! My opinion.

Well, we will just have to wait and see how things unfold for you, lol!!!

I have been working on my own blog a lot lately so I don't spend as much time on C-D. On the other hand, I have noticed that there simply are not as many threads seeking assistance that I feel I can help with . . . as Loves said, not many folks streaming into CLT like in the past. It was a totally different world in 2006!! Would you believe I lurked six months b/f I posted the first time, too! In that time, the forum was bursting with growth.

We have not heard from some of our longtime regulars for a while. 7 oh 4 for example. Miss seeing their posts.

If you have jobs there, that could very well be true.
