+1 on the Roku mentioned earlier, your PS3 can also do this now.

One sleepless night recently I started watching Lost - those that know me know that I rarely if ever watch anything network.
Started at Season 1, episode 1.
All five seasons are up on Netflix streaming for FREE (along with tons of TV shows) if you have a min monthly account of $10.
Their 'HD' quality is very, very good - if you have the bandwidth to pull it down.

Speaking from experience, I think MANY people are afraid to go "outside the box" and try alternatives to TWC or Satellite because of the fear of the "unknown".

It would help if this thread could continue for layman's like myself who are technically challenged so that in the future we could make a better decision.

I'm mad that my cable internet has gone up $5 a month recently. We plan on downgrading or switching service. We will probably try to quit to get them to change the price. I hate them, LOL.
