I don't usually disagree with your posts, NCN, but am going to with the greens! Like you, I grew up with turnip, mostly. The older I got though, the more I preferred mustard. They are a bit naturally spicy, and that is something which always appealed to me. Collards are somewhere in between turnip and mustard in my two-cents! LOL
