I am in search of a public kitchen or commissary to base my Festival Food Vending Trailer so that I can get permits necessary for operation.
Health Department gave me a name KT's Commissary on Beatty's Ford Road. I googled and googled, but nothing comes up. Anyone out there know of such an establishment? Has anyone seen another area where food vending trucks start thier day from?
