I'm looking for any recommendations for 1-bedroom or studio rental apartments/condos/townhomes around Myers park, Elizabeth, or Uptown.

I'm not opposed to a roomate in a 2+ bedroom place if there is an open room in one of these areas, but I haven't found anything on craigslist.

Price range is ~700/month. Anytime within a month or so is fine.

Driving around is good idea. I've just been hitting craigslist and the apartment guide type magazines.

I have one bedroom in Dilworth under your budget. Check Park Road and some of the roads off Ideal Way and you won't have a problem. Many are privately owned and aren't listed.

Moderator cut: real estate web sites not allowed They have a good number of rentals available on there. You're probably going to need to look at older quads and duplexes in that price range or go for a roommate situation

I love MP and drive down selwyn/queens rd west every few days. Ive never kept an eye out for 'for rent/lease' signs before, but will do that this weekend. Thanks.
