Opps, remembered the wrong news source. Wasn't N&O in the Triangle, it was News 14 in the Triangle. Relevant news is generally better there than here in Charlotte, even on stories about Charlotte.

Thanks for the link. I hate my HOA, and I am finally glad to see the state is stepping in and addressing homeowners issues. I have been asking mine to open their books for us to review, so far no answer. Seems HOA's are more protected than the homeowners who pay the dues. Please keep us posted if you come across anymore articles. I have written Purdue's office, regarding my concerns, who knows, if maybe more of us did this, we might get somewhere.
