Good for you then! I'm happy to hear that you were able to move ahead without assistance.

Default Change of Plan

I still see a lot of clearance going on in this lot. Any idea what is being built here now that affordable housing is no-no?

Across the way is supposed to be a Rite Aid or something I believe. But I heard a rumor of another grocery store coming there as well....

I heard it was to be a Walgreen's but there must be several other businesses going in there as much property as is being cleared. It would be nice to know what they are planning.

The area for affordable housing is still undeveloped and the zoning remains for commercial. Nearby is a section being cleared for the golf course (owned by BCC if I remember), and the other section where there is also activity is where there is supposed to be a Walgreens and maybe some other shopping.

The area being cleared is a Walgreens and a Bloom grocery store and a "strip center" which will no doubt include a Great Clips, Nail Salon and a Karate Dojo

I'm kidding about the last 3 since that's all that these strip malls seem to have around here HAHA

The Bloom and Walgreens were pretty firm though

The area that was supposed to be affordable housing is still dormant.

They started a Bloom over here about a year and a half ago and have yet to do anything. I wonder if your Bloom will actually be built.
