Hi I thought I would provide photos of the area so that people who have not been to the area or new to the area can get a little feel of what the area looks like.
I may provide future photos depending on when I get the chance and in other locations.

I know learning the streets and how to get to certain points can be a challenge so if you need directions feel free to ask Im sure someone will assist. I learn quick that making three right turns in this area doesnt mean you will make a circle LOL.

Lake Norman

Davidson

Cornelius

ice cream shop

North Mecklenburg Park

I was amazed I had the park to myself. Nice well constructed large park

more to come....

Cedarfield

One of Huntersville estabished neighborhoods with many homes have wooded backyards.

Nearby Field by the community pool, basketball court and walking trail.
Kids often play football or throw frisbee in this location

Within the neighborhood is a greenway to get a good jog or take the dog for a walk.

You are welcome I know it is sometimes a challenge to know about subdivsions homes you find for sale belong to or is the house you find might be next to a shack lol. It is challenge to get photo feel of subdivision but least this might help get idea of type of homes when you cross a subdivision.
I only capture a few of the multiple homes but least this hopefully get idea of what in each area and also help know what the towns kinda look like. Davidson is cute mix of somewhat historical downtown mix with new, and same thing for Cornelius. Huntersville has a old area but not as prevelant as the other two cities but I think people choose this area due to proximitity to the lake and charlotte and it basically a new city that is developing in a very cute city I think in the 80's the city popullation was around 1200 and now probably about 45k. I moved here due to I wanted to be part of a new city.

If your looking for apartments in huntersville check out this link

Huntersville - Gilead Village/Ridge subdivision link

Wynfield Forest subdivisoin Huntersvile

What I like about Wynfield is the homes each have their own style and appear to be large in size. It is one of my favorite neighborhoods to check out how they decorate for the holidays.
The main road is beautiful tree line street with sidewalks and a bike lane on both sides of the street. You really get the forest feel upon entering.

sorry for out of focus entrance sign

more to come......

Moderator cut: repeated photo content

Nice Sunny! I love Huntersville! Sunny next time your are bopping around take pictures in that subdivision on the right hand side right before Blythe landing I think it's called Sterling Point and maybe some of Birkdale.

I love Wynfield Forest. When I sell my house at Centennial I'm headed for Wynfield Forest.

It reminds me of the Del Monte Forest in Northern California

Here is a photo of downtown Huntersville dont let the old style fool you for those who have not been here it a pretty modern city and lol these about only old commercial buildings in the downtown.

Huntersville downtown

Here is photo of train depot, probably the future station for the light rail stop. Under this shelter they have a farmers market on saturdays and tuesday Im not sure when it ends but Im guessing noon it is best to get there early they open at 7.

Vermillion Subdivison Huntersville
Very close to the rail depot there is mix style of living from what you see in the photos and single family homes.
