Hi,

We are considering a house in the Oakbrooke community in north Charlotte? Is it a good area? any information will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Not a great area - schools aren't good. I wouldn't personally live in that area.

@keyu.. I am assuming you are specking of the Oakbook subdivision. I would be careful about the subdivision they have had a number of issues and a new builder Wade Journey homebuilders is about to start buiding on the old CP Morgan lots. They have planned to build new construction homes starting at 99K which will negatively impact homeprices of the existing homes.
@Loves.. I live in the Northlake section so overall it is not a bad area; however, Old Statesville ave. south of Harris blvd is going through a major transition.
