Demography in sub division (Charlotte, Harrisburg: house prices, neighborhoods, income)

Is there a website/thread where I can find out demography of people living in a sub devision in terms of race, income level, education, marital status etc. It may sound rude but I would like to have a clear understanding of neighborhood before I put in a offer.

I was able to find some information at Moderator cut: linking to competitors sites is not allowedbut it at most it goes to a zip code.

Specifically I heard something about Magnolia Springs in Harrisburg and was thinking of checking it out apart from driving down there couple of times

No theres not, I would knock on some doors in the neighbourhood and ask people living there what they think.

Also check with the police department they ca not give you demographics but can advise on crime.

Yes there is a website where you can view all that information about different areas in Charlotte. Go to Charlotte Mecklenburg Living and click on neighborhoods. You can then go to a quality of life study for the different areas of Charlotte. It tells you demographics, median income, house prices, education, crime, yadda, yadda, yadda. Hope this helps!
