If my memory serves me correctly, I read about a guy who has a junk/antique place on his farm/barns in Dallas, I think. If not Dallas I think it was Gaston county somewhere. Cannot find where I read it though.
Anyone any ideas?
Thanks!

I have no clue about that, but a while back when I was taking 74 into Gastonia I saw a sign that a former furniure store, that recently went out of business, was going to be turned into an "antiques mall". The sign had a phone number for interested potential vendors.

I think I read it in Charlotte woman or some other freebie mag' which, in my drive to be more tidy, I have thrown out.

It was definitely a farm setting with barns and fields with all sorts, including furniture, military, farming and electronics.
It was just called whatever the guys name is.
Sorry, doesn't help very much.
I was spcifically looking for old stuff that I could use in my yard landscaping.

i think Red Cross has the place you are
looking for. Hate giving it away but now that I am at the coast instead--
I have been to Cline's but love the place in red cross better, lots of metal.
the guy lives across the street, should he not be there.

don't rememeber the name of the place but go out towards Oakboro/Albemarle
and the store is at the intersection where one turns to Oakboro.
can't miss it.

Susan, if someone has the tri-county (Gaston, Lincoln, Cleveland) phonebook they may be able to find it for you. I'd be more than happy to look it up, but for a couple of months I was taking some strong prescription medication, (after surgery not for fun) & apparently there are entirely too many real good places to put things that don't make sense, in here. The 3 county phone book is one of the items that I found a "really good place" for.
