University Area - Mallard Creek Rd (apartment, rental, living)

Hi everyone,

I'm temporary relocating to NYC in the next couple weeks, and was curious what area is good to live at? I've been researching on rental complex's but haven't come across that are safe. Can anyone help me? Looking for a 1 bedroom with a garage?

Any suggestions?

There's a complex at the corner of Mallard Creek Rd and Prosperity Church. Cant recall the name of the complex, but I know they have garages. This part of UC is very safe, and the complex is convenient to everything.

and I'm at colonial grand @ legacy park.....the other one on MC. I mean, it's apartment living, but it's aight.

+1 . decent complex and i know people who stayed here before and where happy. If you go to mallard creek church rd on east side of i85, you have some more options. HIghlands, berkley and one more.. cannot recollect the name.
