Hi All,

I live in the Raleigh Area, but just found out that I might be put on a temporary (up to 1 yr) work assignment in the north charlotte area. I'll be working near the mallard creek exit near 85. Can anyone suggest any decent apartments close by? It would have to be furnished.

I'm looking forward to spending some time in Charlotte as I have heard great things about the area. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

I'm starting my temporary assignment next week in the mallard creek area. I did a little searching online for furnished apartments in the area to visit next week and came up with one that caught my eye, which was Colonial Grand @ Mallard Creek. Anyone know about this place/area? I'll be staying in a hotel until I can find something. Hopefully I find something quickly.

If anyone knows of any other apartments in that area that offers furnished units, please help me out. Thanks all.

I live at Colonial Grand @ Mallard Creek, and I can vouch for it. I can't say for sure if there are furnished apartments or not.

Many people from work, if they are visiting in Charlotte for a length of time, usually stay nearby in one of the extended stay places in the area.
