If you don't mind losing money, lots of it. Prices are still going down in Charlotte and especially in high profile places such as Myers Park and Uptown where prices were wildly run up by speculators over the past decade.

It is a great time to buy; however, I would be cautious about condos. Condos are only good if you pick the location right, since they serve a younger crowd
