A big sigh of relief, we rented a 3 bedroom home in Ballantyne. Our daughter will start Ardrey Kell and our son will go to the new Elon Park. Everyone seems happy with the place we picked for now. We hope to buy our own home in about 9 months. Our estimated moving date is June 28 or 29th. Can't wait to finally move!! Now if we could only find movers with a resonable quote!! Now I have to go back and find the old post about farmers markets as I love them!!

I am so happy for you...
this is what I am looking to do... we need to get down there... I have been in contact with some people about some rentals... dh still thinks they are up in price...
but truthfully, to compare, where I live the rentals are less, but more there; home
prices are less there, but more here.
I am trying to get him to understand that, I dont uinderstand it...lol... just trying to let him realize that it will be just a small sacrifice we will have to make to better our lives and the lives of our family...

We were couldn't find a rental in our price point, with time of the essence we made this move. I also like the South Meck school hours a little better. HS goes in first and elem later. This is for 9 months we will see what happens after. Maybe we will still end up in Crismark...
