I actually do sell items for people (usually for friends who then refer to other people and so forth) and I have never had anyone upset. I have been doing this for about 5 years now, and its been pretty rewarding.

I have a ton of David Winter Cottages (about 100 or so) that I am in the process of formatting on a turbolister right now. Going to take a few weeks, but I am sure those will bring in some good cash flow!
