Hi all -

I've made the decision to return to work. I have 2 boys - ages 10 and 14. I would like to find a nanny to be at home with the kids in the afternoon when they get home from school, and available in the summer to take them to day camps, etc.

I am leery of Craigslist, and would like to go to a nanny employment agency. Do any of you have experience with this? It was SO MUCH easier when they were little and could just go to daycare and be happy! But, I've been away from my career for 5 years, and I'm afraid if I don't go back soon, I'll be un-hirable in my current IT skill set.

Thanks in advance for any info!
