Well I talked with TWC last night after waiting 1/2 hour for them to answer my call & cancelled our cable service. They got away with 5 months of us not being able to watch the tv since the projector bulb went out & we balked at paying $400 for a new bulb. I'm turning in the digital box today. As others have mentioned if you look at your current bill & the bill before it the rates have gone up pretty dramatically.

Their Home Signature service runs $200.00/month. We were paying $177/month!

Interestingly between Netflix & Hulu Plus we can watch the movies & shows we want for about $16/month.

AAAKKK..we were delegated to the second page!!

Barking, really need to look into the HULU options; I only have a few shows on TV that I watch regularly and this ever-increasing Time-Warner thing is nuts.

Well, today appears to be lovely out. Blue skies, birds chirping, the whole thing. However, we seem to be in for a mess on Monday. Fun times.

School starts on Monday, too. Was hoping that some of the teachers would have posted the sylabi (?) so that we could get a head start...especially the online class, but, no luck. This will knock me back a good bit for the Monday night class; especially since next Monday is MLK day and there is no school.

Well, guess that there is no need to worry about it, they (the teachers) don't appear to be concerned! Just don't want to be behind the ole 8-ball and have them say...YES...you have all this homework due....and, since we did not have class...it's due TOMORROW!!

I couldn't even last through my free week of Hulu. Everything I want to watch is free on YouTube.
