Chicago, congrats on the pup! Puppies are just so darn cute!

I bought the potty bells and trained my lab to ring them when he needs/wants to go out. It was one of the best things I did. I have a set on our front door and our sunroom door. I got them at Petland at the Arboretum by Michaels, $20.

Well I spent part of the night at CMC Pineville in their newly redone emergency room. It looked great from what I could see of it. Unfortunately I was experiencing a very high level of pain. It seems that I have a 3mm kidney stone in my left ureter. So I am down for the count till it passes.

Thanks CC. They initially gave me 2 syringes of morphine that had little to no effect. That was followed by 2 syringes of Dilaudid that had a great effect. This has been the first time that I haven't joked about wanting to drive home. My wife gave me hot compresses & a heating pad to use last night. Those helped tremendously. I'm extremely tired today though. I didn't sleep at all.

Drink lots and lots of water nothing but water. Have your wife go
buy you case of bottle water ( I drink more water when its in bottle)
(I also save the bottle caps and count them at the end each day to know how many ounces I drank)

Thanks Sunny & CM. I'm trying to get up with my urologist to get some better pain meds than the Lortabs that the ER gave me.
