Would anyone in Union County or Mint Hill area consider swapping their 3 or 4 bedroom home for my beautiful 4 bedroom home in Okemos, Michigan?

Well, my wife got transferred from Lansing to Mint Hill. As soon as I sell (or trade) my Michigan home, I'm gone. I visited the Charlotte area recently...loved it. After I finally do move down I'm really going to miss all that Michigan snow..........NOT!!!
Yep - just moved down from Troy last June and dread going back every Christmas. Its not nirvana, but we made it work for us and really like it.
You'll love the lower taxes, lower insurance premiums (my HO insurance was almost half the price down here, car insurance was cut in half), and especially the winters!
I would be interested to see if you get any bites - I still have my house in MI I am renting out until the market turns around.
