Hair Salon for Men in Ballantyne
Hi. I recently moved to Ballantyne. Does anyone have any recommendations for a hair salon where a guy can get a decent haircut?
Thanks in advance!
Mike

If you want a full service salon, Modern Salon is not bad. You can schedule an appointment by calling 704-339-0909. Just be sure to tell them you want an appointment at Ballantyne.

I can recommend a few good barber shops in Charlotte. Men don't go to hair salons.

I just don't understand why a guy would pay all the money to get a hair cut that they can get at a barber? Ahh just me...if I didn' thave to pay $$$ to get my haircut and could go to a barber I sure would!!!

Try Sports Clip in the Prominade Shopping area in your location
It is a cool setup you walk in and the stylist that takes your name down is inside a batting cage and the whole place has sports memorabilia with a wide screen tv to watch while you wait to be called and the stylist are dressed in athletic attire then they take you back to your chair and each station has a telivision to watch a game and they are inside gym lockers.
If you go for the head massage it back in "the showers" lol but it not a gym shower just another way to give you that sports place feel.
The tea treatment is the deal but all the extras are not required but worth trying. They do give discounts for repeat visits.
The price is within reason too.
Here description of the options
They give upscale MVP service is totally unique in men’s hair care today and is the flagship service of Sport Clips. The MVP begins with precision haircut followed by an invigorating scalp massage with Tea Tree shampoo, a Classic Steamed Towel, and finishes with a relaxing upper neck and shoulder massage. The MVP is the ultimate just-for-guys championship haircut experience that you’ll come back for again and again. In between haircuts, don’t forget to go in and get your neck trimmed and cleaned up for FREE!

I go to Sport Clips sometimes. Their normal prices are at most locations ($15 for a haircut w/o wash). Great Clips, Supercut, and Haircuttery all charge $12 (and that includes a wwash if desired at Hair Cuttery). I go to Sport Clips when I have a coupon or discount and add the mvp treatment. The good thing about them is they sanitize all of their equipment and they offer discounts to vets, as well as free cuts on days like Mem. Day for them.
