I had Spinach Artichoke Dip and it was fabolous
Who has the best Spinach Artichoke Dip?
I guess they closed the one in the University area? We went to Omaha Steakhouse this weekend and their dip was pretty good. Big old chunks of artichoke. They give you chips, though, and I prefer bread.
Simple - me. Seriously. I have a fabulous recipe that I frequently take with me to parties and gatherings. Folks rave. I'm on the road to Duke right now but when I return this evening I will post or PM it to you. Deal?
Saralee, I agree! I was also going to say me. The dip is super easy and inexpensive to make!

I've only used canned artichokes. They are in the canned veggie section, or near the Italian stuff in the grocery store. Sometimes I like to use water chestnuts instead, but they seem to be one of those things that you either love or hate. If you like water chestnuts, they go great in spinach dip!
