I definitely got an unsolicited email from Simpson, and am definitely angry that he somehow fraudently acquired my email address.

But if you are saying that the email from Kehler also used WCWAA's list, and they actually PROVIDED it, I am FURIOUS with WCWAA and that would actually be a violation of their non profit status.

I won't hide behind a pseudonym...this is Tracy Kuehler. And to be clear...the ONLY people that got sent a response or message from me (unless it was forwarded by a third party) are those people who emailed me. I have no access to any master email list.

Almost 450 people emailed me and I responded to every one of them. I also talked to several hundred people. Most asked how they could help and requested to be updated...unlike the 3'J campaign that DID get access to personal email addresses without the owner's knowledge or permission. My personal message to fellow members in NO WAY jeopardized the status of WCWAA or I would not have sent it because I do care about the park.

The trio of candidates also did the same thing to students at Wingate...blasting an email to private accounts, even offering $200 to the group of students who could produce the most "I voted" stickers. Apparently their money ran out before they learned of the issue facing our park.

I am a member of WCWAA and have been for many years...unlike any of the 3'J candidates that (1) didn't even know this was an issue, and (2) will say and promise anything to get elected.

I can't endorse candidates that have lied, hacked email accounts, have taken huge campaign donations (I could send my son to college on the amount of money they have spent to buy this campaign), that paid people to vote for them, and that promise things they will never deliver...

I continue to endorse Openshaw, Davidson, and Lane.

thats what i thought about the emails, thanks for clearing that up. Simpson definitely did not have authorized access to my email.

I think the fact that some on here are talking about voting for someone named Davis is all that needs to be said. Nobody named Davis is in the race. But...we voting for whoever he is. Some may not get how sad that is...but if you are paying attention to what happens in the western part of Union County then you get it. People haven't a clue who they are voting for...they just do what they are told...to the point that they don't even know the candidates names!

Tracy...you won by a hair-thin margin two years ago when nobody knew who you were either. Well...they know now. Too bad you aren't on today's ballot so we could send you packing. And your whole story about the 3 J's lying....guess it must take one to know one. You talked about how transparent you would be when you were running...I guess you forgot that when you decided to sell the hospital. How many time have you been asked to put hospital related meetings on television and refused? What ya hiding Tracy Transparency Kuehler? Enjoy the next two years...you are finished.

Well, you are right about one thing, I had no idea who Davidson was. But he did get my vote today by process of elimination.... and I found him on the ballot just fine looking for Davis! If the other three are going to resort to unethical practices WITHOUT being in power, no way am I going to give them more opportunities.

FYI...EVERY meeting concerning the hospital is available on audio tape and you may have all the copies you would like...all you have to do is ask.

:-) Tracy....if you are so transparent, why aren't they on television? And I am so happy to encourage you as I sit here and watch the results come in. Openshaw is getting literally STOMPED all over the county...and yes, he LOST Wesley Chapel and barely won Siler!!!!!! Wake up Tracy...the people are speaking tonight and they are speaking loud....but run to the "Scribe" and see what he has you do next!!! He has helped you so much so far!!!

:-) Simpson 7,979...Johnson 7,823...Thomas 7,800....Openshaw 3,465....Lane 3,425....and that other guy 3,155. Uh...that was really bad. I know, its all that special interest money!! Haha, but notice that ROGER LANE got almost as many votes as Openshaw!!! That is just nasty bad!

Anyway...keep thinking whatever you need to think. You can take this and start doing what the people expect or you can continue to do whatever you please.
