I actually live in Huntersville right now(wynfield) but my kids will go to a charter school in the fall in Harrisburg. About 60percent of the kids that attend this school live in Meck. co so I can of course live anywhere. Well, driving out there it's literally like I'm moving to a different state. I know NOTHING about those areas. Living in Huntersville for 5 years I've just kindof stayed up here. I know this must sound idiotic...but it's true
It seems area 2 is closest as the school is off of Rocky River Road(in Harrisburg) so we could live in Cabarrus or Meck.
What we are looking for:
Established community def. not a brand new community(similar to Wynfield if your familiar with our subdivision)
Could def. be an older home(meaning any age home except new)
Must be a safe area(I know people constantly say this but I have kids this is really important-I feel *safe* in Wynfield)
Under 300k
Help (-:

It seems Rocky River Crossing community in Harrisburg fits your desire. It is an established community priced between 200K - 300K, houses are about 2-8 years old, safe and many families have small kids (including school age kids), and within about 10 minutes to Carolina International School.
