Default SAw your post...

The US Census Bureau says that NY, FL and VA contribute the most moves statistically, but there are lots of folks from PA, OH, NJ, CA and everywhere coming in...I build/develop property here in the Lake Norman area, and get emails and calls constantly...I would say that 85% of new homes are being sold to out-of-state transplants...I've seen people from every Eastern US state wlaking through my projects...drop me a line if you have any other Q's...best of luck
