Default Relocating to Charlotte

Need some help finding out what are good parts of town to look for housing and what the job market for sales or anything sports related is. We would be looking for nice, but not too expensive of housing since we are relocating from Ohio, where houses are very inexpensive. Any help would be much appreicated. My spouse will be working with Lowes here, so if that helps with some locations.

If based at Lowe's headquarters, the Mooresville or Lake Norman area would be ideal (Lake Norman can be pricy). For sports jobs, try the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Bobcats, Charlotte Checkers (AA hockey) or Charlotte Knights (AAA baseball faaaaaaaaaaar away from Lowe's Hq's).

I know several developers in Iredell County...drop me a line if you are interested in sharing your price range with me...I am a developer and can let you know what to expect in your price range, and where you should look...your expected move date will also help....best of luck

That would be great. We are looking probably in the 175-275 range. It will probably be in the next couple of months. We are working out the details now. We are just wanting to get an idea before we head down there.
