You can share any area in this state you find beautiful in this forum.
I could move this thread but this forum has a larger audience
and as Loves said I recommend to do this for your summer travels but
take the state roads its more scenic like on Blue Ridge Parkway.
The state is very nature friendly. Alot of guard rails made out of wood
killer tunnels The state uses kudzo on the sides for erosion control.

The trick is to go only with your radio and people you love No electronic
devices but pack cell phone in the dash for emergency purposes.

Its best to go with someone who can drive and familiar with curvy roads
If your going to Mount Mitchell up so high your going to go threw clouds
not fog. With fog always have your lights on and use emergency flashers
if its thick.

Wonderful! Looks like you had nice weather. Every time I have been its been cloudy/foggy and you can't see anything.
