We just had a soaker roll through our neighborhood. I had forgotten how much I love these in Charlotte. After so many years of drought, I had forgotten how refreshing it is to have a heavy rain come in at the end of a hot and humid day and cool everything off. Love the way it looks and smells. Love that I won't need to go out and water my flowers and herbs. This one had no thunder but I love thunder too. Nothing like sitting on my porch and watching a storm come in (provided we don't lose power).
