I am trying to convince my parents to move the business(my father & I run it) and themselves to NC. Currently they own a house in a 55 and older active community. They have 3 bdrms basement and don't have to do any outside work (covered in fees). Just wondering if their are any of these active communities in SE Charlotte(or Union Cty). Price range under 350k

I was looking too in this area for my Mom and right now there is ONE house available that has never been lived in. When I did a search of houses in any pricerange, eithor I did it wrong, or there is nothing else available right now. But you can google sun city and you can find the info about the area and they can send you stuff in the mail I beleive. My relator raved about this area and how everyone that lives there loves it! Good luck!

Anyone heard of the Villas at Sun Valley in Indian Trail? Its a Ryan Homes development. And it seems closest to what my parents have here. Also, its in the same town we are looking at.
