There are barely any mobile homes left in the Charlotte city limits. You would most likely want to look in neighboring counties like Gaston and Cabarrus. I do know I have seen one nice looking small park off of Rocky River Church Road in Harrisburg right at the Charlotte border - but not sure of the name, sorry.
