Moving to Mooresville Aug.1st (rentals, house, to buy)

Hi, my husband and our 4 children ages 16,15,13 and 12 are moving to Mooresville August 1st. We are looking to rent for 6 months while we look for something to buy. We are closing on our house in New York the end of July. Does anyone know of any rental property that will be available for August 1st we would like to spend no more than $1500 a month. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Do you know which school didtrict you would like the kids in? I would suggest renting in that same didtrict so you don't have to move the kids 3 months into the school year. Let us know and we'll try to give you some rental options!

Yes finallyhere we would like to be in the Mooresville Graded School District.

If you want a subdivision, I know there's rentals in Linwood Farms, Harris Crossing & Curtis Pond that will put you in the MGSD. I know there's a house on HWY 3/Coddle Creek Rd. across the street from Harris Village that's for rent & a few others around the area that are not in subdivisions.
