I debated on whether I should respond to this or not..but here goes. I have written this thing over more times then I care to admit. One part that I have left off was a long explanation why schools such as Fort Mill do not appear on the Newsweek list...the reason I left it off?...it does not take a long amount of time to research the internet (or anywhere else) that you will find many (far smarter than I) that point out the flaws of how this list is compiled. What I will provide you with is:

Fort Mill School District website: www.fort-mill.k12.sc.us
-where you can obtain school stats

Fort Mill High School: www.fort-mill.k12.sc.us/fmhs (broken link)
-where you will see that Fort Mill High School is a U.S. Dept. of Education Blue Ribbon School
-where you will also see that Fort Mill H.S. is a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Model School

Bill & Medlinda Gates foundation: www.gatesfoundation.org
-Fort Mill High School was 1 of 30 High Schools chosen nationwide as a model school by a collaboration of the Council of Chief State School Officers for Leadership in Education and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
-you can also download: http://www.gatesfoundation.org/nr/Do...ccessfulHS.pdf
Titled: America's Most Successful High Schools - Case Studies and Resources on Best Practices

http://www.educationsector.org/analy...?doc_id=358299

I have been one of the one's that have said Fort Mill schools are good (I would even go so much to say they are great) and I still stand behind what I have said in the past.

I knew you would post like bees swarm honey! My only thought is the first two links are the actual school (I can put on my business web site how great we are too) the other two I found nothing. Maybe you need to send another link? Understand?

so is this your admission that you do try and bait people?...interesting. Please feel free to post your business website (make sure to include your title) as I am sure we would all be impressed. If the links I have posted do not work....do you really think that I am going to post them again for you? (there is enough info. there that if you were really interested you could look them up yourself). I on the other hand will not waste any more of my time with any of your posts.

It was a joke (I knew you would post like bees swarm honey!), are you that sensitive? Geeez. Relax. "I swear its something in the water".
You usually have great links you post AND YES I DO READ THEM! It's fine. Ignore my posts. I think of it as another local not wanting a Yankee around.
