Just got the call the other day from VW, and will be moving back to Chatt after being away for 3 years. I used to live at Pinnacle point, which is now Marina Pointe I believe. I liked living there, but it seems they have tried going upscale, and one bedrooms are starting at about $700 it seems. I will be on a budget to start, and want to keep below that price point, preferably in the $600-650 range maybe. I would like something in the 700ish sq ft size at least. I know there have been postings about alot of new complexs going up, and hope that maybe something near the plant would be nice. What about someone who might have a condo out there looking for a good tenant? I am a single, 50 year old guy whose very neat, respectful, and pays his bills on time without any DRAMA in his life!! Pretty boring Huh :-) I have contacted Waterford Place and think/thought it was an option, but have read some pretty bad reviews. Marina Point is still an option, but have also looked at Elements and something Trace? off of 75 near the US Express trucking headquarters. Any reviews from anyone living there? What about the Hwy 58/Harrison Bay area, as well as off Bonny Oaks? I would also consider a small house if the neighborhood and price is right. I would also consider a condo downtown that someone might want to rent out if the numbers work with my budget. Thanks D

Hey there, just got a call from the lady from ELEMENTS over at Shallowford Rd, and backing up to I-75 about a rental apartment, and the floorplan, and price works with me. Can anyone out there tell me about any reviews about the place?

I know this is an old thread, but anybody have info on this Elements of Chattanooga complex or other complexes in the area? We have a 2 year old, so safety/crime is a primary concern.
