Default 55+ communities near Chattanooga

We are looking for a retirement village. Someone recommended Fairfield Glade. It looks great, but I'd love to find a place closer to Chattanooga. Any ideas?

Also, my sister wants to move near us and would like to buy waterfront property. Any suggestions?
