Default Lake Nickajack hiking

My family and I will be up in Chatt in two weeks. While we are up, what is the best easy hiking trail around Lake Nickajack to take in the fall colors?

Probably looking for no more than 5 miles, 3 would be ideal.

Thumbs up Chatt LINKS -Hike

G.B. . Chattanooga Hiking Club . should be the mega - link to read about SOME stuff in our area / Hamilton co. !
> 3rd column has info / directions. 1st column has recent trip reports/ updates. ENJOY . I am slightly North of Nick a Jack, never done, have stuff in back yard , Cumberland plateau, Cumberland trail build stuff. Cooler weather by Thursday , should be perfect.
.Could get steep goling up and down gorge. Some parks may be easy . like Prentiss Cooper, also has ATV pathes, or out on Williams island from Baylor school academy. Good history. TRGT.org also a good link up by their POT Cabin conference trail / rental.
