I have lived in this area for 16yrs. What really puzzles me is how a former mayor can sell land for a profit turn around and make sure the city doesn't review it. Is found guilty by a court of law and fined for doing it.Then pays thousands of dollars for a fine. Then can turn around and run for the Senate and win are people just stupid or uninformed.
