It was August and I was in phase 1 SP.
My lot in Phase 3 is densely wooded we have a bit of clearing to do. Back side of the Horse shoe no lake view but there is a gorge like view with another mountain on the Georgia side. The back of the lot about 600' it just dives off. Surprisingly flat up to that point. Going back in January when the trees are thinned out to see the best area to clear for the view. I did get some great video though.

Are those road shots taken at that first big hairpin turn? If so, the roads manager for the county had directed SP to reduce the pitch in that section and they were adding more fill. Put our 2WD Escape to the test! Anyway, that is a breathtaking view in person, but they better put a guard rail in that location.
Wait a minute, video??? Did you post?

Never posted video have to figure that one out.
That was a shot from a phase one property just as you would enter the development from the tn side. And yes when we first walked out there I was blown away by the view. There are two ladies who own that lot and they said they plan on putting there home right on the edge.
