river views
What neighborhoods in chattanooga have the best river views and are those homes mostly bought and sold by word of mouth or do they generally go on the market?

Wow, this is a tuff one. Are you more interested in a big water view, do you want to be on the water, how far from downtown do you want to be?

We cruised through there the other day and actually saw a little girl (7-8) and her dog in a Cadillac golf cart. It was like something from that show about Orange County CA, whatever it's called. Bizarre lol

EASY Question
C: This is a Easy question. Just got back from the river ride , low 70 degrees temp. Mostly cloudy. Sometimes signs are right on docks, owner signs right on street., or word of mouth thru Church groups, with single elderly members. Realtors will have many listings, but best to keep driving thru the town you like. Soddy -Daisy, north of the city ,Rt #27 area all way northg to Spring City, (Watts bar Lake) have plenty of land.
