The people who live there love it, the taxpayers are still pissed about the free road to the developers, and property owners around it are still fighting with the government and the developers. The 4 wheeling community and campers are still irritated, and waste water authority thinks everything is still good. The same locals are still getting threatened with lawsuits from the developers lawyers for requesting open records, and the developers are still whining because someone is talking about them bad.

Well Chattanooga bound has moved to Chattanooga and to black creek. It has been very rough and disappointing. We had a house built. Was finished 4 months past contract. Still working on issues with builder (RDG). I've never seen anything like it as I have had positive experiences with builders before whether it be new construction or remodel.

Sorry about your issues chattbound. I would hate to be in your situation. I wish i could have told you more, but alas, i didn't know anymore than i posted. I hope it all works out soon to the positive , this too shall pass.
Chattanooga is a great city, and at least you won't be disappointed in the city
