Default Future Growth of Chattanooga

Hi folks. Here in the Seattle area there has been so much growth.
Too much in fact.
Is there consistent growth there as far as new stores etc. or have things come to a standstill?

That will be a beautiful time to visit but maybe too beautiful. Anyone considering a move to the southeast needs to schedule a visit in July or August before they pull up roots to relocate.
