We considered it a good bit, until we got to town and drove around the neighborhood. Some streets are nice, it seems the closer you are to the mountain it gets a little better. If you are into the older houses North Chattanooga might be better, but it will cost more. It has already gone through the renovation, but now there are condos going up all over the place.
