Hale's Bar Marina has some floating cabins you could check out http://www.halesbarmarina.com/ That's in Guild. Also, Monteagle, Kimball and Jasper. Have fun!
OH I just saw the cutest little cabin on Monteagle listed in VRBO you might want to check out. The calendar shows it open for that weekend.

The two closest towns just out of the area would be Monteagle and Trenton, Georgia - you might try those.

A shout out to my friends on City-Data. I'll be going to the Cornbread Festival on either Saturday or Sunday and wanted to know if any of you may be attending? Would like to meet you all if your time allows. I have a commitment on Saturday, from 12 - 6pm ET, but could meet there later or anytime on Sunday.
DM me or post on here.

Yeah, I know and I'm just gonna have to tell everyone. Mrs. Tridad is allergic to cornmeal. They've been trying to keep it secret as they don't want her banished from the South. I know, sad isn't it? I mean, really, what does she eat with her pinto beans? *shaking head* It's a sad day in TN when you can't eat cornbread, or corn dogs, or hush puppies... Gawd, I could cry.
