Smile Green Builders around Pikeville TN
We recently purchased 3 acres just outside Falls Creek Falls state park and are beginning to seek potential "green" builders. We have completed plans for a 3338 s.f. SIPS/ICF home and we hope to build within 5 years.

Does anyone have knowledge of a SIPS qualified builder in the Pikeville area?

Default I Know where you can find green builders....
Check out a website Green Village Green :. They have a listing all the builders in the tennessee area. It should really help you out. Also, try JBS Custom builders. They have a division that specializes in green building.
