We are thinking of relocating and would like to know what areas best for our kids.

Two sets of twins? Wow! I believe that is what your username means. You might try typing in "schools" for the search, as there has been a lot of discussion on that. Or perhaps someone will chime in. You probably should give an idea on how much you are looking to spend on housing, any other interests, that would also help.
