New to area with a couple of questions (house, live)

Is there a local company who will not only deliver gravel but would also spread it over a driveway? Current house is in need of some fresh rock.

I keep hearing of speedtraps and traffic cameras. I don't drive fast but was wondering why all the complaining of these by the local radio folks?

JUst did the same thing around our church pavilion.
. Believe around the Hixon area over the last year auto SPEED camers, and now Yellow/Red light citations sent via Mail. Sort of un-fair on one hand, but high # of accidents in that area would not slow down drivers.
.. Court judge threw out some newly installed RED light tickets, when one driver proved very short Yellow cycle, like only one second when state normal is 3 seconds,? Something too quick. Judge did intersection visit, and scolded install company.
. Again enjoy the area, we are having perfect weather / rainfall this spring.
